How to Submit Your Samples

Soil testing is a joint effort by Soil Testing and Research Laboratory in Marianna, AR and your local Cooperative Extension Service.

  • Clients should pick up the soil sample box(es) from his(her) local Cooperative Extension Service. You could also take the sample to the Extension Office in another container and transfer to soil box in the office.
  • Collect soil samples and take to your local Cooperative Extension office who will fill out CES form 435 and pack soil samples into shipping cartons and send the sample to the laboratory in Arkansas. The laboratory will analyze your sample and send the results to your local CES office and that office will send you the results.
